Remember when discussing this with you Revit leadership team to utilize the ground rules.
Ground Rules
• Everyone is responsible for the success of the meeting, Everyone participates.
• Different opinions are welcome, be willing to share or admit mistakes.
• We learn more from our mistakes than our successes.
• Relax. Be yourself. Be honest.
• Disagree in private; unite in public.
• Share your knowledge, experience, time, and talents.
• Silence is agreement.
• Limit side conversations.
• Only one person at time talking
• No jargon or in-talk
• If you need to be critical; be critical of ideas, not people.
• Encourage full participation from all attendees
• Keep discussion on topic, and focused
• Start on time; end on time.
• If you agree to do something, do it.
